Whenever I would come across a listing I was interested he, he would set up showings right away. I tend to get overly enthusiastic and am prone to making snap decisions, but he was great about talking us through the pros and cons of each property. When we decided to make an offer on a home in Bellingham, he was great at negotiating and helped us get the property for the price we wanted. He explained all the paper work prior to our closing and guided us through the closing process. We were more than satisfied with Jeremy Krause. He made the whole process less confusing and hassle free! Definitely recommend him.
